Trinity Family—
In the interest of everyone’s safety, we will be keeping our church family, staff, and volunteers off the roads and safe on Sunday, January 25. Because of Winter Storm Fern, we will worship online from home at 10:15 AM rather than gathering on campus. All on-campus activities are canceled for Sunday.

Trinity Family—
Winter Storm Fern is now forecasted to bring a high-impact mix of heavy snow and potentially significant ice in our area this weekend (Saturday-Sunday, January 24-25). Some projections are even calling for the possibility of over a foot of accumulation in parts of the region—or enough ice to create dangerous travel and power outage conditions. Please prepare early, and please don’t feel like you have to figure it out alone.
What to have ready before the storm arrives:
- Heat & warmth: extra blankets, warm clothes, and one “warm room” you can stay in if the power goes out
- Light & power: flashlights (not candles), fresh batteries, fully-charged phone, and a charged battery pack
- Food & water (at least 3 days): easy-to-eat, no-cook items and bottled water; don’t forget a manual can opener
- Medicines & health: refill prescriptions now; keep a written list of medications and a small first-aid kit
- Safety at home: salt/sand for steps and walkways; keep a drip from faucets if temperatures plunge; know where your main water shutoff is
- If you use a generator: it must be run outside only—never in a garage or enclosed space
If the power goes out:
- Keep refrigerator/freezer doors closed as much as possible
- Use flashlights instead of candles
- Check on a neighbor if you’re able—especially anyone who lives alone
